They fixed our garage door problem quickly. We were very satisfied with their service.
I made an appointment for the following day between 1 and 3. The tech came at 2:30 with a call saying he was on way. The tech came and fixed my door which would only open partway The problem was fixed and then the 'hinges' were oiled. The door now works better than it ever did and is quieter than when I first moved in. HIGHLY recommend. Very satisfied.
I've used Gensen multiple times over the past decade. Most recently I had them install a new garage door and opener. The quote was accurate and the scheduling was easy. They had the skills to adapt to low head room door as well as a slightly uneven garage floor. The gasket didn't close on one end and they came and installed a new larger one at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them.
Genson has been great to work with. Responsive and effective. Refreshing to work with a company that has it's stuff together like these guys.
Randy & Jeff showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of our old spring that busted and advised my husband of the problem, then solution. Parts were ordered and installed with a week of first consultation. Both guys were friendly, professional and explained the process of the repair. We would recommend Genson Overhead Door to anyone who's looking for professional, knowledgeable, timely and courteous service. We're extremely happy with the service, repair and price!

Door stopped as it started to open. Wedged part way up.Cable and spring broken. Called office late on Friday.
Service scheduled for early Monday AM.
Repair person showed up as planned. Checked out door, cables, the overall install and determined minimum needs . Also suggested replacing both torsion springs and cables to maintain balance and to ward off another age related call. Agreed although it was not inexpensive.
Job was completed professionally, neatly and within 2 hours even with a parts run included. Was hoping for a bit more detail on the e-mailed, receipt especially cost of individual springs, base service call charge, hours charted and rate per hour.
Overall experience was good - problem sorted out and repaired, technician was on time, friendly, clearly experienced and efficient. Wish it was less expensive.

Excellent work by 2 servicemen. Helpful information received and a very pleasant experience. Torsion spring replacement by these seasoned professionals well worth it. Garage door works better than ever. 5 stars.
